In order to prevent unexpected communication errors, our clinic provides medical services in Japanese only in principle.
We have tried using Ai translation and interpreters, but it is often difficult to convey detailed nuances, and we have determined that it is difficult to provide high-risk endoscopic examinations.
Please note that we can only provide consultation with an interpreter, but we cannot provide endoscopic examinations if the patient himself/herself has difficulty conversing in Japanese.
